By registering an account, you expressly warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years old.

To register an account with ph75, you must provide accurate and complete personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Each individual is permitted to hold only one ph75 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. ph75 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph75 will suspend all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and retain discretion over the release of any deposited funds pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph75 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued during login or transaction verification. ph75 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or telephone. Any request for your password from any source — including persons claiming to represent ph75 — should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph75 support immediately.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your ph75 account, whether or not authorized by you, unless you have notified ph75 of unauthorized access promptly upon becoming aware of it. ph75 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
ph75 is required under its PAGCOR license to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and at various other stages of the account lifecycle. You agree to submit the documents and information requested by ph75 during KYC review, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (UMID, SSS ID, Driver's License, Philippine Passport, GSIS eCard, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation where required. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by ph75 may result in restrictions on your account including suspension of withdrawal privileges.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. ph75 will notify you at your registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of up to ₱100 per month. The balance of a dormant account will not fall below zero as a result of dormancy fees. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
ph75 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and USDT TRC20. ph75 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at its discretion, with notice provided to affected players where practicable.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount varies by payment method — ₱200 for GCash and Maya withdrawals, ₱500 for bank transfers. No maximum withdrawal limit is applied to verified accounts, though requests above ₱500,000 may require additional documentation.
You may only deposit to your ph75 account using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including transfers from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. ph75 reserves the right to investigate and hold funds suspected of originating from third-party sources and to return such funds to their origin pending verification.
Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification has been completed. For verified accounts, GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 5–30 minutes during operational hours. Anti-Money Laundering Compliance: ph75 is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. ph75 will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players must not use ph75 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
All bonuses and promotions offered by ph75 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus funds credited to your ph75 account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and time limits are stated in each promotion's specific terms. ph75 reserves the right to void bonus funds that have not been wagered within the stated time limit.
ph75 actively monitors for patterns that constitute bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, providing false information to qualify for a bonus, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players. ph75 reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse any withdrawals derived from bonus abuse, and permanently suspend accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
Employees of ph75 Casino, their immediate family members, and individuals directly associated with ph75's operations or game providers are not eligible to participate in ph75 promotions or to place real-money wagers on the ph75 Platform unless otherwise expressly permitted in writing by ph75 management.

ph75 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, subject to scheduled maintenance and events beyond ph75's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits ph75's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
ph75 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; discovery that the Player is a Prohibited Person; or at ph75's reasonable discretion for any reason consistent with its regulatory obligations.
You may close your ph75 account at any time by contacting ph75 customer support. Upon closure, any available balance net of pending bonus wagering requirements will be returned to your registered payment method after KYC clearance. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately from account closure requests and remain binding for the duration of the exclusion period.
Upon termination of your account, all bonus funds are forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned in accordance with ph75's standard withdrawal procedures after completion of any outstanding investigation. Your obligation to cooperate with any ongoing PAGCOR or law enforcement investigation survives termination of your account and these Terms.

ph75 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email to their registered address and by notice displayed on the ph75 Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the ph75 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.2.
The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document indicate the current version. Earlier versions of ph75's Terms and Conditions are available on request by contacting ph75 support.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the ph75 Platform, you agree to first contact ph75 customer support at [email protected] and allow ph75 a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. Most account and game disputes are resolved within 72 hours of being raised with the support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with ph75, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint channels. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, ph75 is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction and is obligated to cooperate with PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.
For any dispute that proceeds to formal legal proceedings, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. ph75 does not waive the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
